The reason for this is that empty cartridges are not easily available - so please bring your empty!

Always remember: DON'T LET YOUR EMPTY CARTRIDGE DRY OUT - once dry, it becomes

very difficult to successfully refill a cartridge.

We will shortly be able to 'reset' the on the cartridges attached smart chips, which will mean that the ink level indicator on the cartridges will be fully functional as well. A German company released the first ' resetter' on the market for these cartridges just in June this year! We have already ordered this device and are just waiting for it to arrive. Nevertheless refilling is possible even without resetting the Chips - when reinstalling the cartridges just follow carefully the instructions on the screen and you will see that after pressing the 'reset' button the printer will accept the cartridges!
